Our team works relentlessly to promote the well-being of children – one child at a time. We understand that caring for a medically complex child is not easy. That is why our team works in close collaboration with each family to deliver establish the most effective care plan, allowing children to thrive physically, and nourish mentally and emotionally, in the comforts of their home. Our ultimate goal is for our team to develop and maintain a special bond with each child, while being valued and trusted partners for each family.
How do we ensure that our mission is taken to heart by all of our employees?
At Reliant, we know that caring for a medically fragile child requires each nurse to possess very special qualities. And, we pride ourselves for being able to identify those valuable traits in the nurses we employ. Once hired, each nurse goes through an orientation process, where they are introduced to Reliant’s values, goals, and mission. We measure our teams performance and success by the level of satisfaction of family members with the quality of care their children receive. While our nurses are out delivering high quality care (and lots of smiles), they know that we at Reliant are caring for them.
