Reliant Pediatric Home Care provides high quality private duty nursing care to children while they are in school. School is an important aspect of each child’s development. We make that experience safe and comfortable for the child and worry free for you. Reliant pediatric nurses and home health aides are experienced and specially trained to help your child with personal and medical care needs throughout the school day.
Services we provide
- Accompanying the child on a school bus to and from school
- Accompanying the child on school field trips
- Provide one-on-one hi-tech nursing care throughout the school day, including:
- Care as ordered by the physician, including medication and treatment administration
- Tracheostomy and ventilator care
- Constant clinical supervision
- Collaborate with the school team in developing the child’s Individual Education Program (IEP)
- Assist the child with classroom and other school activities
