Reliant Pediatric Home Care is a skilled nursing company providing one-on-one continuous, intermittent and as needed care to medically fragile children in the comforts of their home.

Care at School

We have multiple locations throughout New Jersey providing care to children throughout the state. Our RNs and LPNs care for children from birth through 21 years of age.
