Reliant Pediatric Home Care is a skilled nursing company providing one-on-one continuous, intermittent and as needed care to medically fragile children in the comforts of their home and at school. Reliant strives to improve the lives of children and provide the needed support to families through dialogue, clinical excellence, and compassionate care. We have multiple locations throughout New Jersey providing care to children throughout the state. Our RNs and LPNs care for children from birth through 21 years of age.
Typically the children who qualify and receive care have an invasive device such as a G-Tube, NG-Tube, tracheostomy, or are ventilator dependent.
